We are not responsible if information provided by yourself is not accurate, complete or current. This includes; measurements, delivery address & contact details. Dresses will be made according to the size chosen or measurements provided by you. Please check the size chart or measuring guide before you purchase. We ask that you allow up to 3 months for delivery, however if your deadline is more urgent we may be able to accommodate this. You will receive confirmation of your order and an update once your gown is complete, followed by a shipping notification and tracking details.
Please note that all gowns are made to order, therefore you must be 100% certain you are happy with the design before placing an order. We always advice that you take your body shape into consideration when choosing your wedding gown. There is a 48 hour cancellation period, any changes or cancellations should be made within this time. After this period,you assume full responsibility for your purchase, we will begin crafting your gown and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances including wedding cancellations etc.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We operate a strict No Refund & Exchange policy unless there are defects or damage to the gown. (The gown is clearly not as described or The gown is faulty and unrepairable). To avoid this your gown will be extensively inspected and recorded before shipping to ensure there are no defects or damage. If you believe your gown was damaged during delivery, you must obtain ‘Proof of Damage’ documentation from the delivery courier. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of delivery , we will consider your order satisfactory. All gowns are made to order or made to measure therefore cannot be sold on to recoup costs. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued for such reasons as change of heart, weight gain/loss or wedding cancellations etc.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes may be charged in some countries outside the UK. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
If you are ordering from abroad please contact your local customs office for the latest information on your countries tax policies. All duties and taxes are payable by the customer. Please make sure you are aware of the fees that may apply in your country.
Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs or laws of every country. Therefore we cannot give advise on taxes in your country.
