All gowns are made to order so please allow up to 3 months for production. You will receive an update once your dress is ready and within 3 days the gown will be shipped to you using one of our reliable couriers. You will also receive tracking details.

You will be sent shipping confirmation & tracking details. Once the package is in the hands of the delivery company, they become liable for the safe delivery of your package. Your gown will be extensively inspected and recorded before shipping to ensure there is no damage. If you believe your gown was damaged during delivery, you must obtain ‘Proof of Damage’ documentation from the delivery courier. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of delivery , we will consider your order satisfactory and complete.
